Returns Policy

Charm Belleza offers a flexible “No Questions Asked” return policy for all full-size items purchased through our online store. You can return any unused products within 14 days from the delivery date. Please be aware that used items cannot be returned.

Cosmetics Return Instructions:

• Ensure products are unused and in their original, unaltered packaging.

Reverse Pickup Details:

• A reverse pickup will be arranged within 4-5 working days.
• After the pickup, the delivery person will provide an invoice. Email us a picture of this invoice at support@charmbelleza.com to facilitate the replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they are still in the “Pending” state. Once processing starts, cancellations cannot be made. To request a cancellation, email us at support@charmbelleza.com with your reasons. We will process your request within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.

Important Notes:

• Individual items from kits or sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items from the ‘Clearance Section’ are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after Charm Belleza receives the returned items. For prepaid orders using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Net Banking, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within this timeframe.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer. Provide necessary details to support@charmbelleza.com for processing. Refunds will be made within 3-5 working days. Note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
